2.) A Second important anti-aging skin care treatment is eating a healthy and well balanced diet. Eating the right foods is one of the secrets to keeping your skin tissues and supple. A healthy diet must include food from the Five Food Groups. Lots of fibers, fresh fruits, and green leafy vegetables are a staple to a diet if you want your skin to keep looking healthy and feeling younger. These foods contain minerals and vitamins which are essential to help repair damaged skin tissues, cells and maintain healthy skin. Limit the amounts of fatty, oily, and salty foods in your diet.
3.) Another vital component to having perfectly glowing skin and strong body muscles is taking the time to exercise regularly, a minimum of three times a week. It is recommended that adults age 18-64, in reasonable health should do at least 2 1/2 hours of moderate aerobic physical activity each week or 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) of vigorous aerobic physical activity. Strengthening activities such as push-ups, sit-ups and lifting weights, should be included at least 2 days a week.
Exercise not only strengthen muscles, relieve stress, but it will make you sweat or perspire which help rid the body of toxins. It work wonders too in keeping your skin clear and refreshed. Plus, it makes you feel healthier and stronger.
4.) Keep your skin in good shape and in condition by avoiding the sun rays and UV radiations. The sun is one of the main causes of skin damage. Research has shown that excessive exposure to the sun cause premature wrinkles and lines. This does not mean that you cannot enjoy the sun, just have a respect for it. The sun is a natural source of Vitamin D. If you want to enjoy the sun, us sunscreen lotion or sun block to protect your skin from the damaging rays. 5.) Stop smoking and drinking. Smoking causes damage to your skin. It is the second strongest predictor of facial wrinkling in both men and women. Aging is the first predictor. The nicotine in the cigarettes cause the blood vessels in the outer layer of the skin to constrict which reduce the blood flow causing the skin to not receive enough oxygen and nutrients such as Vitamin A which is essential for healthy skin.

7.) Keep a positive outlook in life. Learn how to live a life with minimal stress. Life is sometimes challenging. However, chronic stress is not your friend. When you are constantly stressed out, your release chemicals that can make you look weary, burdened and tired. Which may lead to sleeplessness and other physical symptoms that have an effect on the skin. Having a positive outlook on look will help your skin look more radiant and healthy.
These seven simple and healthy anti-aging treatments do not require lots of money to apply, however, they do require a desire for healthy, radiant skin as you age and an investment in yourself.
